bakery, renowned for its expertise in longer fermented doughs,
Ciabatta, Focaccia and laminates, speciality breads, rolls,
garlic breads and pizza bases. The customer base includes UK
and EU retailers, food service, travel, sandwich makers, and
manufacturing clients
The comprehensively equipped 20,000 sqm modern
bakery offers the balance of commercial volume production and
handcrafting expertise. The bakery is accredited with EFSIS
at higher level and additionally is approved though many of
its customer's accreditation processes. Montana Bakery continually
implements environmental policies that address the concerns
of customers and consumers alike.
The breads produced by the bakery are of the
highest quality, using natural ingredients wherever possible
and being aware of consumers' allergy concerns the bakery is
both a nut and GM free manufacturing environment.
To maintain the quality chain, Montana Bakery
